JP Fritz | President

JP Fritz

JP grew up in Delphos, Ohio. He graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelors degree in accounting. He worked as a CPA and Controller for several companies before becoming involved with Lasting Impressions in 1993. Together with his business partner, Karl Liesinger, Lasting Impressions began to grow, culminating with the purchase of KG Marx in 1998. JP became sole owner and president of Lasting Impressions in late 1998. He is currently president of the Columbus Equipment Rental Association and is on the board of the Ohio Rental Association. He is also on the board of Columbus Early Learning Centers. JP is married to Patty Fritz for over 26 years. They have twin sons who are both attending college. JP’s furry kids currently consist of two chocolate Labrador retrievers and a black cat. When JP isn’t busy at work he enjoys playing soccer, reading historical novels, cooking, collecting wine and drinking craft beer.
Patty | Sales Manager

Patty Fritz

Sales Manager
Patty is from Youngstown, Ohio (Y-town). She graduated from Youngstown State University in 1985 with bachelor degrees in both Computer Science and Mathematics. She has lived and worked in Columbus, Ohio since graduating from college. She was a systems analyst and engineer at Chemical Abstracts for 10 years. Patty then worked as a Senior Computer Consultant. She met JP in 1987 and has been married to him for over 26 crazy years. They have twin sons who are now in in college. Empty nester Patty joined the Lasting Impressions staff in the Fall of 2015. She is using her various skills from her IT background to help the company’s Sales staff. She still spoils her four legged kids - 2 chocolate labs and a black kitty as much as possible. When Patty isn’t walking the dogs in the park or by the river, she enjoys reading mystery novels, visiting Columbus Zoo, checking out art and good restaurants with her hubby and planting flowers and veggies in her gardens.


Kristen Brill | Sales

Kristen Brill

Kristen has always loved using her creative abilities to WOW others! From planning events for friends & family, holiday decorating for local businesses, to planning her very own wedding, no detail goes unthought of. Kristen spent 13 years in the hospitality industry perfecting her skills in customer service but always knew her calling was in the special events industry. Her passion for events led her to become a Certified Event Planner through Cuyahoga Community College and the Shlensky Institute for Event & Meeting Planning. She's constantly on event & wedding planning sites to stay up to date on all the current industry trends. Some of her favorite things include baking, coffee, anything that sparkles, and going to concerts.
Ryan Harmon | Sales

Ryan Harmon

When it comes to understanding and executing one-of-a-kind events, Ryan has a natural knack. With over eight years of experience in the event and hospitality industries – with concentrations in event planning and management, floral design, catering, marketing and sales – he has a passion for everything events. Ryan has orchestrated memorable events – ranging from concerts, city events and automotive events to weddings, private & corporate soirees and fundraisers – with his industry knowledge and eye for detail. When he’s not in event mode, Ryan enjoys cooking, baking, traveling and exploring Cleveland’s flourishing restaurant scene.

Bernie Hyland

General Manager and Sales - Tent Specialist
Bernie has been in the rental business since 1979. His passion for the tenting side of rentals began while running install crews during his high school and college years. A proud Bobcat, Bernie moved to the management side of the industry after college and has been helping create dynamic tented events ever since. The professional friendships developed over three plus decades is what Bernie enjoys most in the tent industry, this and the ever evolving quality and safety elements of new product lines available to create tented venues. While away from work, Bernie enjoys family, traveling, good friends and all of Cleveland's sports teams.
LaDajha with Lasting Impressions

LaDajha Miller

Office Manager
LaDajha joined the Lasting Impressions team in May of 2016 as a Sales Assistant. In March of 2018 she was promoted into the Office Manager position. She attended The Ohio Media School and was an intern at a major news station before graduating and going on to further her education. She is now currently a college student at Tri-C with a major in Journalism and Mass Communications. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, trying new recipes, binge watching Sci-fi movies and TV shows and adding to her ever growing shoe collection.

Jake Fritz

Operations Manager
Jake is the operations manager in Cleveland. Jake is 23 and has worked for Lasting Impressions for 7 years. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Management at Capital University in May 2019. When not working, he enjoys playing PS4 video games, smoking cigars, listening to music, snowboarding and going to sporting events. Jake is an avid Ohio State and Cavs fan.

Tyler Hensley

Tent Manager
Tyler Hensley is the tent manager at Lasting Impressions. He is 23 and has worked for Lasting Impressions for 5 years. He studied Chemistry at Notre Dame College for four years. He is an Eagle Scout and likes to ride motorcycles, safely of course. When he is not at work, He plays video games on his computer and takes care of his German Shepherd, Baron.

Don Adams

Equipment Supervisor
Don has been in the rental business for 35 years. He is responsible for overseeing the pulling and cleaning of all equipment for our customers. He takes pride in what he does to make sure our customers are happy and that their event goes as planned. In his free time, he loves spending time with family, especially his grandkids. He also does a lot of community work through his church.


Jordan Chasteen

Sales Associate
Jordan has over 15 years of customer service and sales. He's helped organize or has taken part in charity events, art shows, and other live events. Jordan is a Columbus native and he is also a licensed CPR instructor. When not at work with LI or volunteering with a group of local artists, he enjoys playing music with his friends. When at home him and his wife play video games or watch old horror films while hanging out with their 2 cats Arcee and Secret Agent Meow Meow.

Brennigan Collins

Sales Associate
Brennigan moved to Columbus in May of 2016 and started her first big city job as a Sales Associate with Lasting Impressions. She is currently an online student through Southern New Hampshire University working towards her degree in Psychology with a concentration in Forensics. When Brennigan is not at work she loves to hike/walk trails, go to the movies, visit family and enjoys a moderate glass of wine while binge-watching The Office...again.

Melissa Ellison

Office Manager
Melissa moved to Columbus in 1999 to finish her degree at OSU. She started at Lasting Impressions that spring and has basically been managing the office since. Overseeing accounts receivable, IT, the main sales office in Columbus, she also tries to boost office morale with chocolate, plants, music, and advice on any topic. When she’s not at work, she would love to spend her time writing, reading, crafting, baking, gardening, but is generally too busy with her husband, son and young daughter and renovating her forever house.

Cara Fowler

Sales Associate
Cara came to Lasting Impressions in January of 2014 as a sales assistant. Her focused attention and eye for details have made her an integral part of our team. Her affection for everyone she works with also gives her a true talent for knowing what’s going on in everyone’s world. Outside of the office, she has a very active life which revolves around her two young children and their pets. They enjoy hiking, playing soccer, going to the zoo, watching movies, and making memories in their new house.

Zack Lester

Tent and Event Sales
Zack is from a central Kentucky town that's just barely on a map. He studied Business Administration at Bellarmine University in Louisville, but ended up in catering and hospitality after college. This introduced him to the event rental industry, which is where he's been the past two years. Zack is a Sales Associate at Lasting Impressions, and has done everything from event coordinating to booking rentals for concerts. This has provided him experience with several different components of the industry.Zack's passions include cooking, architecture, and his dog, Barrel. When he's not at home or in the office, he and his boyfriend enjoy checking out Columbus' unique restaurant scene.

Bailey McGuire

Event Sales
After living in California for 11 years, Bailey moved back to Ohio in 2016 to follow in her parents’ footsteps and attended Kent State University. During the summer before her senior year, she was the Event Intern at the Chagrin Valley Hunt Club. While interning, she would do set up and tear down, meet with club members to discuss upcoming events, and oversee everything from dinners to weddings to pool parties. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Digital Media Production and with a minor in Event Planning in December of 2019. It was during her internship that she discovered her passion for event planning and knew that she wanted to pursue a career in her minor. Following her graduation, she moved to Columbus where she immediately started at Lasting Impressions. When not at work, Bailey spends her time visiting family and friends, researching new places to travel, and exploring new restaurants and experiences with her boyfriend.

Jody Repasky

Senior Account Executive
Jody has been with the Lasting Impressions family since 1998 and as our longest standing employee, she has just about seen it all. She graduated from The Ohio State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Literature. With nearly ten years in the restaurant business, both during and after college, she brought invaluable food and beverage knowledge and strong customer service skills to our team. Over the past 19 years, Jody has been an integral part of our company’s progress and expansion and has become an industry leader in our community. She was one of the founding board members of the Columbus chapter of NACE and served many years on the boards of both Columbus NACE and ISES. She knows every facet of our business, with a special focus on fabric and table linens, as well as extensive knowledge and experience in tenting and very large projects. Outside of her LI universe, Jody enjoys cooking and gardening, spending summer weekends on the boat with her family, continuing her quest to find the perfect beach and drinking wine with all of the above.

Olivia Wilson

Event Sales
Olivia started out in this industry studying catering, but soon realized her passions lied in the front end of the event industry. She received her degree in Event Management from Sullivan University in Louisville, KY in 2016. Her favorite projects in school often involved helping plan the decor and table settings, which led her to Lasting Impressions. Olivia is still very passionate about cooking, and often makes her friends and family taste her wacky experiments. When not at work, Olivia enjoys travelling, and has made it her mission to visit every European country. She can usually be seen with one of her many siblings, or volunteering her time at the Humane Society.

Mark Cherubini

Operations Manager
Mark grew up and still lives in Newark, Ohio with his wife of 25 years. They have two adult children, both currently attending college. His hobbies lie in quarter horses, along with bucking bulls. In his first two years of managing our tent department of up to twenty employees, his guidance helped LI to become the best tent company in Columbus. In 2015, he accepted the added responsibility of managing our operations alongside tents, motivating department leaders and optimizing many facets of Lasting Impressions.

Mike Barr

Warehouse Manager
Mike was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. He is a graduate from Whetstone High School. Mike's attention to detail makes him a perfect fit for his position at LI. In his spare time, Mike enjoys golfing and bowling. He's even bowled a perfect 300 game! Mike spends as much quality time as possible with his wonderful wife and furry kids.

Erik Feige

Assistant to the Operations Manager
Erik has worked for Lasting Impressions for ten years. Starting as a grill cleaner, he quickly displayed a work ethic that drove him to become the Dish Room Supervisor. His dedication in that department and to the company earned him another promotion more recently, to Assistant to the Operations Manager. With a go getter attitude and willingness to learn, he can often be found performing any number of tasks throughout operations. There is only one thing he puts above LI and that is his family. His wife and young daughter are a big part of his motivation to keep improving and growing in his job, but also in life. Erik also loves video games and his Ohio State Buckeyes.

Andrea Garcia

Laundry Supervisor
Andrea started with Lasting Impressions in 2011. She started in the linen department ironing then became a leader within the department working very hard everyday to learn all the positions. Andrea was born in Morelia, Mexico and moved to the US 14 years ago. She went to high school in Chicago and learned to speak English. Andrea enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband, and she loves to cook for them. She loves her job and her team in the linen department.

Spencer Lorenza

Tent Manager
Spencer Lorenza is the tent manager here at Lasting Impressions. This will be his 2nd season working here. He was born in Aberdeen, South Dakota and moved to Ohio when he was 5. He graduated from Newark High School in 2013 and moved to Columbus in 2015. In his spare time he enjoys working on cars and riding motorcycles,

Joshua Schneider

Building and Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor
Joshua Schneider is our company's building and vehicle maintenance supervisor. He also helps with managing our tent department. He has been with our company going on four years. In his early days at LI, he was a crew leader in our tent department, but quickly was pulled into other technical aspects of the business. His mechanical experience allows us to take on the most complicated jobs while assuring that our rental equipment and facility operate properly. He graduated from Berne Union High School. He also received a certificate in Automotive Technology from the Fairfield Career Center, and a certificate of Basic Horseshoeing from the Oklahoma Horseshoeing School in Purcell, Oklahoma. He has a certificate from CTEC Newark campus in welding and fabrication. He also has several ASE certifications accumulated throughout his years in the automotive field as well as a 10 hour OSHA safety certificate. He lives in Lancaster, Ohio with his wife. Outside of working he enjoys spending time working with his horses. He also spends time tinkering projects to stay busy, and to keep all his skills sharp.

Sinnea Thomas

Delivery Supervisor
Sinnea joined Lasting Impressions in the summer of 2010. He began his career here as a general laborer and worked hard to move into a driver position. In 2012, he became a lead driver and his dedication and can do attitude paid off the following year when he was promoted to delivery supervisor. With over 20 years of routing experience, and the flexibility to step out of the truck alongside his staff, he assures that every delivery gets great customer service. When he’s not at work, he’s likely planning tomorrow’s routes and loading trucks in his mind’s eye. Or he just doesn’t want us to know what he does in his spare time.

Bobbi Wellman

Operations Coordinator
Bobbi has filled many different roles at Lasting Impressions in her 15+ years with the company. While pursuing her degree in political science/history from Marietta College, she began as a summer intern, filing a lot of passed orders and learning about the event rental industry. After graduation, she put that knowledge to work typing in orders and, as the company grew, she assisted not only clients, but employees as the Office Manager. She later moved into a Sales Coordinator role, working with outside sales staff and clients to detail many large events. During the past year, her cumulative talents have ultimately found the perfect role. Accentuating all her strengths, Bobbi now acts as our logistics coordinator assisting the operations manager closely, while also maintaining a leadership position in liaising with all departments of Lasting Impressions. Outside of work, she enjoys reading a diverse selection of genres, finding inspiration for a great story or photo and spending time with her family.
