JP Fritz

JP grew up in Delphos, Ohio. He graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelors degree in accounting. He worked as a CPA and Controller for several companies before becoming involved with Lasting Impressions in 1993. Together with his business partner, Karl Liesinger, Lasting Impressions began to grow, culminating with the purchase of KG Marx in 1998. JP became sole owner and president of Lasting Impressions in late 1998. JP is married to Patty Fritz for over 33 years. They have twin sons who both graduated with Bachelors college degrees and are now part of the LI family. JP’s furry kids currently consist of a chocolate Labrador retriever, a yellow Labrador retriever and a black cat. When JP isn’t busy at work he enjoys riding his bike, reading historical novels, cooking, collecting wine and drinking craft beer.

Kevin Goodrich

Chief Operations Officer
Kevin Goodrich was born and raised in Worthington Ohio. After graduating from The Ohio State University, he took his first job at a local lending firm. After rising through the ranks, he became the Director of Operations for the entire company in less than a year. Soon after, along with his childhood best friend, they decided to take the risk and branch out on their own. What followed was a successful 8-year run, growing the business into 4 locations and 80 employees. Wanting to venture out again, Kevin left in 2008 to become the COO of Drape Kings, a large event décor rental company based out of NYC. Never living anywhere besides Columbus Ohio, Kevin packed up and moved to the Big Apple which would turn out to be one heck of a ride. It turned out to be another opportunity to grow a business using the proven methods he used prior. In a few short years, he led the operations and built the teams that quadrupled revenue and expanded the company’s offerings and geological footprint. After 13 years, it was time for another challenge. This led Kevin back to his roots in Columbus where he accepted the roll of COO at Lasting Impressions Event Group in March of 2023. Kevin has two kids in college. One at his alma mater and the other at the University of Cincinnati. In his spare time you’ll find him at the gym or on the golf course. He is also an avid collector of vintage telephones and hot sauces. He currently has over 2300 different sauces giving him one of the largest collections in the world.
Patty | Sales Manager

Patty Fritz

IT, HR and Special Projects Coordinator
Patty is from Youngstown, Ohio (Y-town). She graduated from Youngstown State University in 1985 with bachelor degrees in both Computer Science and Mathematics. She has lived and worked in Columbus, Ohio since graduating from college. She was a systems analyst and engineer at Chemical Abstracts for over 10 years. Patty then worked as a Senior Computer Consultant for 7 years. She met JP in 1987 and has been married to him for over 33 crazy years. They have twin sons who both graduated with Bachelors college degrees and are now part of the LI family. Empty nester Patty joined the Lasting Impressions staff in the Fall of 2015. She is using her various skills from her IT background to help the company’s Sales staff and now is the coordinator for IT, HR and Special projects. She still spoils her four legged kids - a sweet chocolate lab, a silly yellow lab and a black kitty as much as possible. When Patty isn’t hiking with her dogs, she enjoys reading mystery novels, visiting Columbus Zoo, checking out art and good restaurants with her hubby and planting flowers and veggies in her gardens.
Ryan Harmon | Sales

Ryan Harmon, CERP

Director of Sales
When it comes to understanding and executing one-of-a-kind events, Ryan has a natural talent. With over a decade of experience in the event and hospitality industries – with concentrations in event planning and management, floral design, catering, marketing and sales – he has a passion for everything events. Ryan has orchestrated memorable events – ranging from concerts, city events and automotive events to weddings, private & corporate soirees and fundraisers – with his industry knowledge and eye for detail. He is active in several industry associations to include Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Ohio Chapter, Ohio Hotel & Lodging Association, Plexus, Destination Cleveland, Live Events Coalition, and the International Live Events Association (ILEA) Cleveland Chapter where he currently serves as President. When he’s not in event mode, Ryan enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling and exploring Cleveland’s flourishing restaurant scene.


Melissa Ellison

Business Services Manager
After starting at Lasting Impressions in June of 1999 as an office assistant, Melissa learned quickly everything she could about event rentals and has been managing the Columbus office since. Overseeing accounts receivable, IT and software development, the Columbus showroom and office staff, as well as liaising with other departments and locations, she can be relied upon to find a solution to almost every problem. When she’s not at work, she would love to spend her time writing, reading, crafting, baking, or gardening, but is generally quite busy renovating her ``forever`` house and taking care of her young family.

Zach Fritz

Account Executive and Tent Specialist
Zach graduated from Miami University in 2019 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition. He worked for the company part time in the tent department for 7 years and has been full-time for the last four years. Zach's years of experience in tenting have given him the skills to help customers envision their event tenting. In his spare time Zach enjoys crossfit, golfing, snowboarding, hanging out with family and friends and going to sporting events such as Ohio State football and Blue Jackets games. Zach also enjoys trying different foods, new dark rums, various wines and craft beers.

Janna Dee

Event Rental Coordinator
With deep knowledge of the event industry Janna joined our team in April, 2024. She has 20+ years experience as a Floral & Event Designer. She also worked with Lasting Impressions as a client! Janna's familiarity with Central Ohio venues, her long term professional relationships and true passion for creating memorable events makes her a great resource for our lasting Impression clients. Janna is a born Sooner now residing in Buckeye Nation. Outside of work Janna enjoys spending time with her 3 adult children, playing golf and cooking.

Dayana Garcia Mesa

Event Rental Coordinator
Dayana came to lasting impressions in June of 2022 after graduating high school. She started off in the laundry department where she learned the ins and outs of what goes into processing linen for our orders. She knew she wanted to branch out and get in touch with her creative abilities, that is when she realized she wanted to become part of the sales team at Lasting Impressions. In her spare time she likes to listen to music, try new restaurants and spend time with her family. She one day hopes to visit her home country, Mexico and discover new places around the world.

Mikailah Godsey

Event Rental Coordinator
Mikailah is originally from Homerville, OH. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality in December of 2023. After graduation, she made the move to Columbus. Mikailah found her interest in events by doing her internship at Stambaugh Auditorium and DeYor Performing Arts Center. It was there she decided the event industry was perfect for her. In her free time, Mikailah loves to read, go plant shopping, find new restaurants to try, and see everything Columbus has to offer.

Mike Barr

Warehouse and Assistant Operations Manager
Mike was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. He is a graduate from Whetstone High School. Mike's attention to detail made him a perfect fit for his Warehouse Manager position at LI. Most recently he has been promoted to Assistant Operations Manager. In his spare time, Mike enjoys golfing and bowling. He's even bowled a perfect 300 game! Mike spends as much quality time as possible with his wonderful wife and furry kids.

Tyler Coleman

Tent Manager
Tyler has been with Lasting Impressions for 8 years. He joined our tent department after he graduated from high school in 2015. Tyler was a seasonal tent crew member for the first 3 years while he was attending college at The Ohio State University studying physics. He has been full time in the tent department for 5 years and Tyler worked his way up to the Tent Manager position. When Tyler's not working, he likes to spend his free time at the gym or taking his German Shepard, Frankie, on walks.

Andrea Garcia

Laundry Supervisor
Andrea was born in Morelia, Mexico. She moved to Chicago at just 16 years old and went to high school there where she learned to speak English. After Chicago she moved to Ohio and started her journey here in Lasting Impressions in 2011. Andrea started off ironing while also learning all the other positions in the linen department. In 2018 she was promoted to the supervisor position. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her 3 kids and her husband. She loves to cook and explore new places. Overall Andrea loves her job and team here in LI.


Veronica Ciraldo

Office Manager
Veronica started in Sales and has worked her way up to Office Manager here at Lasting Impressions in Cleveland. She graduated in Spring of 2023 with her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Kent State University as well as her Associate's Degree in Business Management. With over eight years of experience in customer service Veronica is passionate about helping others, and in this case making sure any event big or small is successfully executed. When Veronica isn’t at work, you can find her hiking in the beautiful Cuyahoga Valley National Park, kayaking with friends, trying out new restaurants, and playing tennis.

April Tracy

Event Rental Coordinator
April is our newest Event Rental Coordinator here in our Cleveland Location. April was born and raised in Cleveland; having over fifteen years of extensive experience in the Hospitality Industry along with Event Planning which makes her a perfect fit for Lasting Impressions. April has a passion to help clients create and plan events of their dreams. When April is not at work, you can find her crafting, shopping and spending quality time with family and friends.

Tom Timoteo

Operations Manager
Tom was born and raised in the Cleveland, Ohio area and graduated from Bay High. He has been in the event rental business for 15 years now; starting from loading trucks to deliveries and setting up tents and tables. All of his experience has paid off and has lead him to being promoted to Lasting Impressions' Operations Manager. When Tom is not at work he is home spending time with his wife and pets, watching his favorite sports, or fishing. When he is at work, he is focused on making sure that our customer's rental experience meets all of their expectations.

Jake Fritz

Warehouse Manager
Jake is the Warehouse Manager in Cleveland. Jake is 27 and has worked for Lasting Impressions for 11 years in the tent, delivery and warehouse departments in both the Columbus and Cleveland locations. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Management at Capital University in May 2019. When not working, he enjoys spoiling his dog & cat, playing video games, smoking cigars, listening to music, snowboarding and going to sporting events. Jake is an avid Ohio State, Cavs and Guardians fan.

Shaun Klue

Tent Manager
Shaun was born in South Africa and moved to the United States in the year 2000. He started working in the event industry in 2006. Shaun joined the Columbus Lasting Impressions' tent team in August of 2023. Shaun's extensive tenting knowledge and hard work lead to his promotion to Tent Manager at our Cleveland location in October of 2023. He loves doing what he does here. He enjoys golfing, fast cars, and spending time with family and friends. Every day is a blessing and he tries to live it to the fullest.


Bryttni Carpenter

Account Executive
Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Bryttni finds herself in Cincinnati after a brief time in
Buffalo, New York working for an education non-profit. A 2020 DePauw University
graduate, Bryttni realized the events industry was a natural fit as she loves being of
service to others and the logistics that go into events. Outside of work Bryttni can be
found exploring her new city of Cincinnati, spending time with her dog Duke and watching countless hours of TV and sports. She’s an avid fan of the Detroit Tigers, Buffalo Bills, and NCAA lacrosse.

Nick Kaeser

Account Executive and Tent Specialist
Nick started working at The Alleen Company back in 2006 when he was just a teenager. As a teenager, he worked in the warehouse and eventually moved into a delivery and tent crew position. Eventually, he became a tent crew leader gaining valuable experience which allowed him to transition into the role of Operations Manager. He worked as the Operations Manager for 1-1/2 years and most recently has moved into our Account Executive and Tent Specialist. His newest position as an Account Executive and Tent Specialist allows him to use his vast Alleen experience as well as his degree to help our Sales team provide the best service to our growing customer base. Nick graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He is an avid soccer fan who has had season tickets to FC Cincinnati since day one. In his spare time, he likes to play soccer as well and has been in a Sunday league for the past few years.

Leia Goodpaster

Event Rental Coordinator
A Hamilton native, Leia specializes in luxury hospitality, sales and guest experience. After 13 years in the Nashville and Austin markets, Leia is excited to bring her expertise back home to the Cincinnati area. From catering to floral design to event planning, Leia has years of experience in the events industry. Notably, she contributed to the high-performance team at Austin Proper, earning a Forbes 4-Star rating in 2022 and again in 2023.

Adrianna Locke

Event Rental Coordinator
Adrianna joined The Alleen Company in April 2024. She's an Ohio native and currently resides in West Chester. She has an Associate Degree in Communication Studies and Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies. Currently she is pursuing her Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development. She is excited to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis and taking her dog on walks.

Elena Prows

Event Rental Coordinator
Elena was born in Guatemala but raised in West Chester, Ohio. She worked in the China and Dish department prior to graduating high school in May of 2023. She soon realized that she loved working with customers and joined the sales team at The Alleen Company. An avid sports fan, she played soccer for 13 years. In her spare time, she likes to watch her local sports teams, loves going to FC Cincinnati games and loves to spend time with her family and her dog Coco.

Kenny Kaeser

Operations Manager
Kenny has been with The Alleen Company for fifteen years. He worked as our Warehouse Manager for 9 years and has most recently been promoted to Operations Manager. He brings valuable experience as a crew member to the job which allows him to provide quality and accurate equipment to our customers. Kenny’s familiarity with our inventory and procedures is second to none. Kenny enjoys music, concerts and spending time with his 2 grandchildren

Ryan Stidham

Sales and Delivery
Ryan grew up in Fairfield Ohio and graduated from the University of Cincinnati. Ryan brings past experience in sales and national account management. Ryan came to The Alleen Company in 2013 as a part time employee as a permit specialist and has been full time since 2018. Ryan now helps with permitting, sales staff, and operations. Ryan says, “I enjoy working at The Alleen Company because I like the people I work with and it’s exciting to create great events for our customers”. Ryan has a beautiful wife and 2 teenage boys that he loves watching grow into men and play sports. Ryan also enjoys playing golf, camping, and traveling.

John Kaeser

Tent Manager
John has been with The Alleen Company since 1999. He is currently the Tent Manager and is a CDL driver for the company. John is a true leader with the company and is a mentor and coach to the new employees. He enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife, three children and grandson.
