JP Fritz
President
JP grew up in Delphos, Ohio. He graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelors degree in accounting. He worked as a CPA and Controller for several companies before becoming involved with Lasting Impressions in 1993. Together with his business partner, Karl Liesinger, Lasting Impressions began to grow, culminating with the purchase of KG Marx in 1998. JP became sole owner and president of Lasting Impressions in late 1998. He is currently president of the Columbus Equipment Rental Association and is on the board of the Ohio Rental Association. He is also on the board of Columbus Early Learning Centers. JP is married to Patty Fritz for over 26 years. They have twin sons who are both attending college. JP’s furry kids currently consist of two chocolate Labrador retrievers and a black cat. When JP isn’t busy at work he enjoys playing soccer, reading historical novels, cooking, collecting wine and drinking craft beer.

Patty Fritz
Sales Manager
Patty is from Youngstown, Ohio (Y-town). She graduated from Youngstown State University in 1985 with bachelor degrees in both Computer Science and Mathematics. She has lived and worked in Columbus, Ohio since graduating from college. She was a systems analyst and engineer at Chemical Abstracts for 10 years. Patty then worked as a Senior Computer Consultant. She met JP in 1987 and has been married to him for over 26 crazy years. They have twin sons who are now in in college. Empty nester Patty joined the Lasting Impressions staff in the Fall of 2015. She is using her various skills from her IT background to help the company’s Sales staff. She still spoils her four legged kids - 2 chocolate labs and a black kitty as much as possible. When Patty isn’t walking the dogs in the park or by the river, she enjoys reading mystery novels, visiting Columbus Zoo, checking out art and good restaurants with her hubby and planting flowers and veggies in her gardens.

Melissa Ellison
Business Services Manager
After starting at Lasting Impressions in June of 1999 as an office assistant, Melissa learned quickly everything she could about event rentals and has been managing the Columbus office since. Overseeing accounts receivable, IT and software development, the Columbus showroom and office staff, as well as liaising with other departments and locations, she can be relied upon to find a solution to almost every problem. When she’s not at work, she would love to spend her time writing, reading, crafting, baking, or gardening, but is generally quite busy renovating her ``forever`` house and taking care of her young family.

Cara Fowler
Sales Associate
Cara came to Lasting Impressions in January of 2014 as a sales assistant. Her focused attention and eye for details have made her an integral part of our team. Her affection for everyone she works with also gives her a true talent for knowing what’s going on in everyone’s world. Outside of the office, she has a very active life which revolves around her two young children and their pets. They enjoy hiking, playing soccer, going to the zoo, watching movies, and making memories in their new house.

Zach Fritz
Tent Specialist
Zach graduated from Miami University in 2019 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition. He has been working for the company part time in the tent department for 7 years and full-time for the last two years. Zach's years of experience in tenting have given him the skills to help customers envision their event tenting. In his spare time Zach enjoys powerlifting, snowboarding, hanging out with family and friends and going to sporting events such as Ohio State football and Blue Jackets games. Zach also enjoys trying different foods, new dark rums, various wines and craft beers.

Kelly Pleimann
Sales
Kelly started with Lasting Impressions in March 2022 as a Sales Representative. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts / Interior Architecture. She was born and raised in the Kansas City area and moved to Ohio to start a new venture. Her background ranges from Design to Sales with Home/Commercial Products. Working with events comes naturally to Kelly, with her experience in space planning, design, choosing of materials and products, as well as planning many events of her own. She has served on the Chamber of Commerce in Fayetteville, Arkansas and the leadership program affiliated with it. Worked many Trade shows and thoroughly enjoys meeting new people every day. She has an outgoing, enthusiastic , optimistic personality. 100% goes into all aspects of her life, whether it is job related or her personal life. Outside of her LI life, she enjoys spending time with her family and her loved ones. Playing tennis, swimming, riding bikes, traveling and various other sports are a wonderful pastime of hers. The sun, sand and water are a passion and a joy.

Katie Trzepacz
Sales
Katie is from Murray, KY. She graduated with a BS in public health from MSU in 2021, and moved to Columbus shortly after. After getting engaged to her now husband, she realized she has a passion for event planning, and started working for Lasting Impressions in July of 2022. In her spare time, Katie enjoys scrapbooking, baking, walking her dog, trying new restaurants in Columbus, and traveling. She is currently also working on completing her MBA.

Destiny Williams
Sales
Destiny has been the designated family party planner and she’s developed a love for decor/interior design. She likes to help others when it comes to picking out the right look that they have envisioned for their event. Outside of work, her hobbies include; Planning K-pop (Korean pop music) events at local Boba cafes around Columbus. She likes to dance, read and go to anime conventions whenever she has time aside from taking care of an entire house with her husband and young son.

Mark Cherubini
Operations Manager
Mark grew up and still lives in Newark, Ohio with his wife of 25 years. They have two adult children, both currently attending college. His hobbies lie in quarter horses, along with bucking bulls. In his first two years of managing our tent department of up to twenty employees, his guidance helped LI to become the best tent company in Columbus. In 2015, he accepted the added responsibility of managing our operations alongside tents, motivating department leaders and optimizing many facets of Lasting Impressions.

Mike Barr
Warehouse Manager
Mike was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. He is a graduate from Whetstone High School. Mike's attention to detail makes him a perfect fit for his position at LI. In his spare time, Mike enjoys golfing and bowling. He's even bowled a perfect 300 game! Mike spends as much quality time as possible with his wonderful wife and furry kids.

Tyler Coleman
Tent Manager
Tyler has been with Lasting Impressions for 6 years. He joined our tent department after he graduated from high school in 2015. Tyler was a seasonal tent crew member for the first 3 years while he was attending college at The Ohio State University studying physics. He has been full time in the tent department for 3 years and Tyler has recently worked his way up to the Tent Manager position. When Tyler's not working, he likes to spend his free time at the gym or taking his German Shepard, Frankie, on walks.

Andrea Garcia
Laundry Supervisor
Andrea was born in Morelia, Mexico. She moved to Chicago at just 16 years old and went to high school there where she learned to speak English. After Chicago she moved to Ohio and started her journey here in Lasting Impressions in 2011. Andrea started off ironing while also learning all the other positions in the linen department. In 2018 she was promoted to the supervisor position. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her 3 kids and her husband. She loves to cook and explore new places. Overall Andrea loves her job and team here in LI.

Ryan Harmon
Director of Business Development & Sales
When it comes to understanding and executing one-of-a-kind events, Ryan has a natural talent. With over a decade of experience in the event and hospitality industries – with concentrations in event planning and management, floral design, catering, marketing and sales – he has a passion for everything events. Ryan has orchestrated memorable events – ranging from concerts, city events and automotive events to weddings, private & corporate soirees and fundraisers – with his industry knowledge and eye for detail. He is active in several industry associations to include Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Ohio Chapter, Ohio Hotel & Lodging Association, Plexus, Destination Cleveland, Live Events Coalition, and the International Live Events Association (ILEA) Cleveland Chapter where he currently serves as President. When he’s not in event mode, Ryan enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling and exploring Cleveland’s flourishing restaurant scene.

Veronica Ciraldo
Sales
Veronica is one of our Sales Associate at Lasting Impressions, with over seven years of experience in customer service. Veronica is always passionate about helping others, and in this case making sure any event big or small is successfully executed. She is a full-time student at Kent State University, finishing up her Bachelor’s in Business Administration and graduating spring 2023. When Veronica isn’t at work, you can find her hiking in the beautiful Cuyahoga Valley National Park, kayaking with friends, trying out new restaurants, and playing tennis.

Sue Frenchik
Sales
Sue is the newest member of the Lasting Impressions sales team based in our Cleveland office! Born and raised in the Cleveland area, Sue has over twenty years of experience in the service industry with experience in restaurant management and catering and now event rental sales. She has an eye for detail which comes in handy when assisting clients to bring their vision to life on a variety of events. Sue has a passion for home remodeling and decorating so she is up on the current design trends. Halloween is her favorite holiday so it's no surprise that she is a huge horror movie fanatic. When not at work, she can be found spending time with her family, traveling, or snuggling with her sweet pup, Maddie!

Jayson Grant
Operations Manager
Jayson Grant was born in Cleveland, OH. A graduate of Twinsburg High School, in Ohio. After graduating High school, Jayson entered the Navy in 2000. He was stationed in Annapolis MD, Jacksonville FL, Chicago IL, Norfolk VA, Damneck VA, San Diego CA, Coronado CA, Yokosuka Japan, and Manama Bahrain. Jayson has been on every continent in the world with the exception of Australia and Antarctica. SEAL Team Three was his favorite command in his 22 years of Naval service. With over 20 years of acquired military experience and vast knowledge in operational management, leadership, and risk management, Jayson has successfully mastered meeting strategic organizational goals and visions also resourceful, adaptive, and a dedicated self-starter whose results are task oriented, alongside the abilities to execute all duties and responsibilities. He also has an AA and BA in Criminal Justice and has an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Jayson has recently moved back to northeast Ohio to spend much needed time with his family.

Jake Fritz
Warehouse Manager
Jake is the warehouse manager in Cleveland. Jake is 26 and has worked for Lasting Impressions for 10 years. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Management at Capital University in May 2019. When not working, he enjoys playing PS4 video games, smoking cigars, listening to music, snowboarding and going to sporting events. Jake is an avid Ohio State and Cavs fan.

Jeanne Prows
Office Manager
Jeanne grew up in West Chester, Ohio and graduated from the University of Cincinnati. After eight years in the banking industry, Jeanne joined The Alleen Company in 1999. She still lives in West Chester with her husband and their two daughters. In her time away from work, Jeanne enjoys reading, listening to and watching anything True Crime related and spending time with her new puppy, Coco.

Michelle Hampel
Sales and Event Specialist
Michelle began her career in the event rental business at Daisy Rental in 1997 when she went to help out temporarily and never left. She joined The Alleen team when The Alleen Company purchased Daisy Rental. Michelle spent several years overseeing the china and linen departments before moving into an event specialist position in 2010 and earning her CERP designation. Her excellent organizational skills allow her to manage several responsibilities simultaneously. What Michelle loves most about working at The Alleen Company are the people that she is surrounded with that are always willing to lend a helping hand. Michelle and her husband camp every weekend from the months of April to October and plan to pull their fifth wheel around the United States when they retire.

Robyn Rosenow
Sales
Robyn grew up and still lives in the Fairfield Township area. She has work experience at an event center, a restaurant, and as an event planning assistant. Her role in sales at The Alleen Company not only offers her another excellent opportunity to gain more experience in the event industry but also to provide great advice and service to The Alleen Customers for their event needs. In her free time, Robyn enjoys all things culinary, especially baking, as well as music and spending time with family.

Ryan Stidham
Sales and Delivery
Ryan grew up in Fairfield Ohio and graduated from the University of Cincinnati. Ryan brings past experience in sales and national account management. Ryan came to The Alleen Company in 2013 as a part time employee as a permit specialist and has been full time since 2018. Ryan now helps with permitting, sales staff, and operations. Ryan says, “I enjoy working at The Alleen Company because I like the people I work with and it’s exciting to create great events for our customers”. Ryan has a beautiful wife and 2 teenage boys that he loves watching grow into men and play sports. Ryan also enjoys playing golf, camping, and traveling.

Nick Kaeser
Operations Manager
Nick started working at The Alleen Company back in 2006 when he was just a teenager. He worked in the warehouse and grew into a delivery and tent crew member position. He is now the Operations Manager which allows him to use his vast Alleen experience as well as his degree. Nick graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He is an avid soccer fan who has had season tickets to FC Cincinnati since day one. In his spare time, he likes to play soccer as well and has been in a Sunday league for the past few years.

Kenny Kaeser
Warehouse Manager
Kenny has been with The Alleen Company for fifteen years and is now in his eighth year as Warehouse Manager. He brings valuable experience as a crew member to the job which allows him to provide quality and accurate equipment to our customers. Kenny’s familiarity with our inventory and procedures is second to none. Kenny enjoys music, concerts and spending time with his 2 grandchildren.

John Kaeser
Tent Manager
John has been with The Alleen Company since 1999. He is currently the Tent Manager and is a CDL driver for the company. John is a true leader with the company and is a mentor and coach to the new employees. He enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife, three children and grandson.
