A Track tent with window sidewalls and doors was used to create a temporary building for this event.  Inside the tent, black pipe and drape and Presidential podium was used at the back of the tent.   A combination of square and round tables covered in navy linen and light green napkins were used for guest seating.  Orange centerpieces on the tables tie in all the corporate colors.  Black resin chairs were used for the seating.  8’x30” tables covered in navy linen were used at guest check-in. Outside the main tent, the entrance to the event was Hanson’s new concrete product.  Lasting Impressions made the custom steps with platform flooring as well as the black railing.  Red carpet runners and chrome stanchions with red ropes were used to make the entrance pop.  A Frame tent was setup for guests to be greeted.  Garrett Hospitality was the event planner.  Markies provided the audio visual.
